Capabilities

Verifiable capabilities, documented in numbers

Everything below reflects standard production capability. Where your design needs tighter limits, our engineers confirm feasibility during DFM review before the order is released.

Testing & Inspection

Verification points from incoming material to final shipment, recorded per production lot.

SolderabilityMIL-STD-883 method on plated finishes
Final QCDimensional, cosmetic and workmanship check to IPC-A-600 class 2

Surface finish options

The finish protects exposed copper and determines solderability, shelf life and suitability for fine-pitch assembly. Choose by assembly method and storage window rather than by cost alone.

HASL Lead-Free

HASL

Hot air solder levelling with lead-free solder. Cost-effective, good solderability and rework friendly, but the surface is not perfectly flat for fine-pitch parts.

Shelf life: 12 months

ENIG

ENIG

Electroless nickel immersion gold. Flat surface suitable for fine-pitch BGA, wire bonding friendly and stable in storage. The default choice for HDI and high-density assemblies.

Shelf life: 12 months

OSP

OSP

Organic solderability preservative on bare copper. Flat and inexpensive, best for boards assembled shortly after delivery and single reflow cycles.

Shelf life: 6 months

Immersion Silver

ImmAg

Thin flat silver layer with excellent solderability and signal performance, commonly used on RF and high-speed digital boards.

Shelf life: 6 months

Immersion Tin

ImmSn

Flat tin deposit suited to press-fit connectors and fine-pitch assembly. Requires careful handling and shorter storage windows.

Shelf life: 6 months

Hard Gold

Hard Au

Electroplated nickel-gold on edge connectors and contact fingers, selected for repeated mating cycles and wear resistance.

Shelf life: 24 months
